In addition to being a Graphic Designer, I've also had the opportunity to work on a freelance basis helping to craft an organization's image and brand appeal. I've worked for such diverse clients like The Red Cross of Ottawa County or Imperial Clinical Services.
As a web developer, I like to learn about established technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, and new technologies like Ruby On Rails. Currently, I oversee web development for the Hoffman Institute in a part time basis. The Institute has many web sites under its umbrella and I find it fascinating to learn about caves.
As Web Designer for Imagewest, in addition to updating their website, I also developed the e-commerce site POI Sports. It was a challenging, yet fascinating foray into e-commerce development and one I wish to delve into more in the future.
In December, I anticipate graduating from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Technology. This degree has given me the skills and experience that I need to become a successful web developer.
