Attracting quality talent is a challenge many company’s face, especially in Colorado where the talent pool is deep and competition can be fierce.
As Digital Systems and Website Specialist for The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), one of my early tasks was to redesign the BACB Employment Page. No small feat since the page had to be strict HTML and yet help drive job seekers to want to join the BACB. After much brainstorming and working with senior leadership, I presented them my final design, complete with new icons and imagery showcasing a wonderful place to play and work. And, I’m pleased to see, the design has remained in place and hopefully still drives people to want to work for a great organization in a great state.
